Way before they met at James Madison University’s School of Media Arts & Design, Chloe Cameron and Jake Nichols shared a deep passion for filmmaking. Early in her life, Cameron avidly experimented with stop-motion animation and homemade short films on her Samsung tablet, often casting her friends and family. Meanwhile, Nichols discovered his initial passion for editing and storytelling through a Sony Vegas bundle he received as a Christmas gift. AALTER IMAGE PRODUCTIONS is the brainchild of these combined years of ideas and experimentation. Shortly after its formation, Edwin Domachowski was brought on board as a producer and screenwriter, with his film Suitcase of Memories (2024) going on to win second place at the BEA.

As a young production company based on the East Coast, we aim to create a space for original ideas and voices to speak out and reach the masses. Whether big or small, we seek to do justice for every untold tale waiting to be written. Everyone has a story to tell, and this is ours.
